Rates & FAQ

Monthly Rates
Rates are based on a two (2) month minimum stay for two (2) occupants, one (1) dwelling, one (1) vehicle and one (1) pet. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, pets and late/early arrivals or departures may apply. All RVs must be manufactured in 2011 or newer. If you have a vintage or older model, please send pictures of all sides to fortuna@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Monthly Rate: $575 plus utilities

Payments
We accept Credit cards, Money orders or Checks.

Deposits
$100 deposit and application approval are required. Deposits are applied after departure. There are no refunds.

Cancellation or Changes
48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival. A $10 reservation cancellation fee can be waived by calling (707) 683-7766 to cancel more than 48 hours in advance.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with our team for details.

Check-in/Check-out Time
Check-in time is 12 Noon PST and Check-out time is at 11 AM PST.

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures.

Discounts
Are you Active Duty Military? If so, thank you for your service and please ask for your discount. Also, please inquire about our special rates for clubs.

Staff Availability
We can be reached at (707) 683-7766 weekdays between the hours of 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm PST and will respond to your phone call, email to fortuna@montechristomh.com or website reservation request as soon as possible.
